They are a stealth mode tech company looking to redefine the concept of app store by delivering a universal version. Yep, HTML 5 means that it is possible to have just one app store for all your apps.
No more walled garden app stores a la Apple App Store, Google, Blackberry, Microsoft, etc. Appr.tv promises a world where you can source, download and run apps irrespective of browser or hardware device.
Obviously so long as the app is developed using HTML 5. Handy when you get bored of the Blackberry. Oops, done that.
Check them out. They offer and enticing model. And apps are all the rage now – mobile apps, TV apps, tablet apps and even Cloud based Enterprise app stores.
